      Its been a mix of good and bad with bad often dominating the good

      Pros

      Its one of the progressive institution in Morocco with will to change state of affairs in higher education. However, like all other good efforts most of the zeal and courage goes in vain due to lack of proper educational framework in country.

      Cons

      The HR and other departments are not mature enough to handle international staff. While they strive to be the best, the bureaucratic system of the country counters all the efforts.
