      On the German side: old-fashioned approach to management, resistance to change, micromanagement, people are overworked

      Ignorant HR Staff to Solve Problem within one of the Subsidiary

      Restaurant vouchers and view from the window (if that means anything)

      Cons

      HR Staff functions on behalf of management; somehow ignorant or choose to close eye with harassment happens in one of their subsidiary companies. Very far from what people call professional and ethical behavior. Employees are left in the dark with a thousand unreasonable reasons.
