Pros

Small, family-like environment. Good job if you are young, are looking for entry level and experience. Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends (except for Summer). Good pay and decent benefits. They are not time keepers with regards to lunches and clock in/clock out time. Understanding of family needs and priorities. Company picnics and parties in the Fall and Spring. Were treated to breakfast at least twice a week and lunch once a week. Great group of CSR's and technicians make for a fun work environment

Cons

A small company also means everyone is listening and critiquing everything you say. It makes it difficult to be calm and neutral with every individual call when you are checking everything you say and making sure you don't say what is not in the script. They hold random reviews where 95% is criticizing why one did not handle a call per script and 5% is acknowledging the good work you do. Many of the calls that are reviewed are older calls that were not addressed right away. Revolving door environment. I have seen at least 10 people get fired for various reasons, some legitimate, some questionable. AS a CSR working from a residential home, you will have extra responsibilities like feeding the dogs, closing the gates, be put on a kitchen clean-up list and other duties. Not much room for growth as all the management positions are locked in.

Pros

The family feel. The employees that are there are all close and work well together. The training you get is pretty top notch and the hours are great.

Cons

If your looking for a company to advance with, this is not that company. They typically struggle with growth due to lack of management and the skill set required to grow. The techs complain about everything, and call the owner that caters to them ( that's not always a bad thing). Management looses sight on the big picture a lot and focuses on small and seemingly unimportant issues. The sales training is great but the delivery of it is not always spot on. Over the last few years the moral with in the company has been a rollercoaster. The company is always trying to change small things to improve the bigger picture. Which means get ready for something to change with out notice or even being told it changed. I see this company loosing it's momentum and grasping at the last life lines to keep what good employees it has left from leaving.
