Pros

Very flexible. Friendly Reps. Work when you need to. Some really good jobs that you can call on as it can change from week to week or month to month.

Cons

You get paid for the time on the phone literally. You could sign on to work for 4 hours & you have been logged in calling for 2.5 but as you have been provisioning, taking 2x 5 min breaks. you will only be paid to the minute for that time. Some of the campaigns you work on are literally identified as scams calls. Once you are out of the honeymoon period you rely on your fellow reps for guidance 80% of the time. A majority of the managers are based in Aussie and 1 trainer who does try to help in NZ.
