      Pros

      Independence and no shortage of patient cares.

      Cons

      Disorganized, computer system and cell phone tracking syncing cumbersome. Still personally deliver scripts, Short staffed, allows lots of OT if you want it. Lots of opportunity for company to build efficiency

      Love hospice, great co-workers

      Cons

      Terrible supervisors that treat employees awful! Little to no training, looked down on and belittle. Each department may be different, but I would not recommend working in the office! There is favoritism and you will be lied to!
