      everything was great until everything hit the fan

      Pros

      amazing training program, good facilities for the employees, good work culture, responsible human resource department. allows you to get into comfort zone before you start working

      Cons

      the company seemed to follow a matrix structure. I was to report to my boss, my super boss and my peers at other branches at the same time while i was working on nothing important.

      Not the worst but a long way off the best

      Pros

      Good benefit plan, most of the work is within the city limits. Met some good people who are just unlucky enough to work for this outfit.

      Cons

      Management are idiots, really badly organised, never enough material for job at hand. Senior management would rather take short cuts than get right material. Project supervisors are cowardly and petty which ultimately slows down work rate and brings down moral which in actual fact ends up costing them a lot of money. If this company was in any other city in the world, It would not last long.
