Deceiving managers- talk behind closed doors, act like they care about your success but just want the sale Sales scripts that mask the truth about the offer Money hungry upper management- make bad business decisions, don't listen to employee suggestions

Autonomy, but then again what good is that at a place like this?

Cons

Immoral at bestl. Perhaps it is the mantra of American business but at this place it is every man for themselves and the higher up in the food chain you go here, the more that is true. Stars leave to compete with them. And the remaining high flyers are despicable, but so in tight over the years with the CEO that he has nary a clue. Whether a customer, client, carrier, whatever, the company cares little except to add to its own bottom line.
