It is an excellent job providing you with the experience to work along with the studies. you get to meet new people from all around the world and as a resident assistants you get the opportunity to deal with various kinds of problem which Indian gives you the exposure to handle intense situations and deliver the most with the deadlines.
Cons
If you are not really interested for doing part time along with the studies then it's gonna be a hectic job for you but as it's a job been provided from university it's a decent job.
