Pros

Value your abilities to please an uneducated top brass with clean desk and and join their united leadership to burn company cash , good place to trade smile for a charity salary. Good practice ground for pitch efforts as well, a company with zero actual sure can up their pitch count to 180 plus a year with less than 5% winning rate...and still doesn't learn. ( It sure up your EQ to the next level managing a "confidence" leadership team with a level of ego you are not sure how they develop them over 2 years of masses "success" ) A leadership team you can trust to not make decision and be accountable when they do make any. Instead they override other departments direction instead of fixing their own team's short coming. Last but not least, I've learn that a search and paste on pinterest is what client values from an agency ... not for strategic insight, or actual addressing the brief or efficient management services.....

Cons

To stay with the company culture, there is no Cons...

Pros

Talented medium-level staff. Good work benefits.

Cons

This is the worst, most unethical, most deceitful, most unorganized company I've ever worked at. And here are the reasons why: - During your interview you will hear lies about how great the company is doing and how talented and united the team is. That's a lie. - From day 1 of your work you will be thrown into the middle of ongoing projects unrealistic deadlines. No onboarding, or explanation of the process in the company. Because there's simply no process. - The managing director is unwilling to hear other people opinions, especially if you are a female. The director also has no idea what's happening in the team. - As mentioned, there's absolutely no work process, production process, scheduling process or whatsoever. The whole thing is a freestyle. - Strong gossip culture. People smile at your face and talk behind you. - Overtime is a normal thing. Unless you really like to work among unprofessional, lying people, please don't work at this please or run away from it.

Pros

At the middle levels there are some very nice and talented people.

Cons

Management at both local and global levels has ZERO understanding of how to run a creative business. There is almost no brand strategy, even less business development strategy, and a unwillingness to listen to challenging viewpoints or ideas. Staff are treated like interchangeable pieces. Actual quote from very senior management when told that a valuable (but relatively junior) person had resigned. "Oh Well- they'll be easy to replace". Quality of projects delivered is average, and overpriced. Avoid this place like the plague.
