      Pros

      Fantastic team, and a core group of great people. Interesting clients.

      Cons

      Pace of work is manic - if you appreciate your free time, and having a life outside of work, avoid. There are also too many politics at play - you always feel like you're playing a game that you don't have the rules for.

      Awful benefits, bare minimum for staff

      Pros

      I have a good team and they have evolved into a hybrid working company.

      Cons

      The benefits and pay are really poor. You get the bare minimum, legally required days holiday and there is absolutely no maternity pay offered (the agency is run by a man). There are a lot of egos, and a lot of those egos are celebrated so it all becomes pretty toxic and you can see junior members of the team picking up and thinking these traits are the norm/best practice. This is within Account Management and creative. Disappointing.

      Great people, social atmosphere and open to change

      Cons

      Very divided among departments and agencies, ie, connect etc. Salaries not great. Junior creatives paid poorly. Particularly compared to junior accounts.
