You can join here at your own risk no management lots of politics everybody is cheap mantality person, managers are more cheaper than other. The owner will treat you like a servant. No appraisal in one year. HR persons is behave very rude with all people. If you will be late to reach office your salary will be cut on daily basis. They always finding a way how to cut the salary of employee, their is no leave at all in this company, you will be credited with 10 leave overall but you can't use that leave. Notice period is 3 month, but when they fire it will be only one month, sometime in 10 days.

No leave, if you take single day leave you need to lick there feet. HR is useless and i dont find a reason why they are here . No appraisals even after year India MD is very arrogant and does not know how to talk to people, one of the major reason company not able to grow and high attrition. CEO is kind of useless and will just waste your time however US leadership people is knowledgeable and understanding
