Poor management and lack of support hinder growth opportunities

Cons

One of the worst professional experiences I have had. The company showed very little regard for employee concerns, and basic HR processes were handled poorly. Communication was inconsistent, transparency was lacking, and employees were often left chasing updates for matters that should have been resolved proactively. The work environment felt reactive rather than organized, with limited support from management and little appreciation for employee efforts. Career growth opportunities were unclear, and concerns raised by employees frequently went unanswered or unresolved. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability and timely communication regarding important employment-related matters. Employees should not have to repeatedly follow up for updates on issues that directly impact them. I would strongly advise prospective employees to thoroughly research the organization, ask detailed questions about HR processes, employee support, growth opportunities, and workplace culture before accepting an offer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company as an employer.
