Pros

Working with residents is literally the only pro

Cons

In my time at Unilodge I was mistreated and at times outright abused, had bereavement leave illegally declined, pay withheld, and had unreasonable demands place on me. Student lives were risked multiple times as was my own with pastoral care incredibly poor and totally unmonitored. Several meetings with upper management and letters of complaint about this were ignored or answered with vague platitudes and no actual change. No one ever checked on the welfare of employees even after deaths within the hall. Absolutely horrific management that I'm genuinely concerned is a risk to students and staff
