Everyday employees actually care about the job.

Cons

Expectations of leadership are far above the level of pay. Many managers have quit due to upper managements inability to effectively manage a team. No trust in the capabilities of team leads and department heads.

Free apparel every once in a while. 9-5 instead of 8-5.

Cons

2 weeks time off will never increase. Pay does not keep up with the times. Your email and office are watched via them having access to your account and checking on you through cameras. No advancement for growth, professionally or financially.
