Pros

The people in the company are always willing to help you with whatever you need.

Cons

You must be totally willing to go the extra mile, and it's not just about the extra day, it's about all the time. It is usually worked until late at night. The reviews and corrections are endless.

Pros

1. Good learning platform for freshers, apprentices and those who are trying to build a career in UX. 2. Company's policies are well structured. 3. The founders are knowledgeable (but not available)

Cons

1. Worse leadership team ruining the credibility of the organization. 2. The culture they showcase outside is about core values, growth, best practices, low-ego etc etc.. but it is totally falsified. 3. The leadership team is full of corporate toxic politics and the mid-level leads are always backstabbing those who want to grow. These so-called leaders gossip around more and work less making the team stagnated. If they are in a closed-door meeting then understand that they are gossiping about others. 4. They are biased and unfairly judgmental to the team. If someone question the biases they are fired without any given notice or explanation. 5. Zero work-life balance. Employees get ill because of the unfair work pressure forced on everyone.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experiences at UXReactor. While we appreciate your positive feedback on learning and well-structured policies, we respectfully disagree with some of the other issues you raised. We take pride in our culture of growth and have received great feedback from many teammates who appreciate the positive and collaborative environment we have created over the years. We have a strong and capable group of leaders who live with our core values and are knowledgeable, experienced, and committed to the success of teammates and the organization. As a matter of fact, everyone in our nurturing system, regardless of her role, is periodically assessed on our core values and mindset to ensure cultural fit and alignment. We acknowledge that there may be some differences in opinion among teammates, but we don’t tolerate any type of politics from teammates or leaders. Everyone in the organization, including the leadership team, is assessed on the core values. For those who don’t embrace our core values, we respectfully let go of them, even if it is a leader in the organization. As for your feedback about bias and unfair judgments, we ensure everyone is assessed equally on cultural fit and technical skills using qualitative and quantitative methods. In fact, to prevent any bias, we run the 360 degrees feedback twice a year, where leaders and peers assess everyone they've worked with. Regarding your comment about termination without notice or explanation, we take our ethical responsibilities and legal obligations seriously, and we ensure that all terminations are conducted in accordance with our policies and local laws. We have a clear evaluation process and work with teammates to provide feedback and support to help them succeed. However, we also recognize that sometimes they may not be a value match or may not be meeting the expectations of their role, and in those cases, we do need to make difficult decisions. Regardless of why someone leaves our team, we treat everyone with respect and dignity. We ensure that our team and other supporting systems work synchronously across all locations. We also know that sometimes, due to delivery deadlines, there might be less time to work on the craft, so we have a no-meeting day every Wednesday, where teammates can work from home. We have also implemented "Golden hours for Overlaps" that ensure all teammates have dedicated time to collaborate and communicate across the locations during regular business hours. We have received positive feedback on this initiative from most of our current teammates. We understand that every teammate's experience is unique, and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns in more detail. We remain committed to creating a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace for all teammates.

Pros

I cannot think of one.

Cons

Culture The company culture is problematic, with a foundation that feels deeply negative. Employees work long hours with low compensation and frequently face harsh criticism. Accountability is often misplaced, with management rarely taking responsibility for their mistakes. People cry in the office, and this is a common occurrence. Work-Life Balance There is virtually no work-life balance. The company demands excessive effort and prioritizes profit over the well-being of its employees. Management Management is poor, with gossip being a significant issue. This behavior is so ingrained in the culture that it has become the norm. It's common to feel that discussions behind closed doors are about individual employees. Transparency The company lacks transparency. Promotions are often based on personal relationships with management rather than merit. Hiring and Firing The company has a high turnover and struggles to retain talent. Employees are viewed as disposable, with little regard for their career development or mental health.
