Location was very convenient for me. Good pension scheme (as long as they made their payments)

Cons

There were LOTS. Some due to a serious cyber attack they were recovering from but at its foundation: * Ivory tower management - do what we tell you not what we do * Decision by committee and by documentation for anything and everything * Default setting for managers is "you are against me" very combative culture I left after 3 months as the culture was very much at odds with my own values and beliefs on what progressive leadership should be about.

Cons

Leadership seem to have contempt for their staff and only seem interested in seeing what they can get out of them. Don't come here if you enjoy research or want to progress. They can't get the basics right and only seem capable of signing their own exorbitant expenses
