Toxic work culture. Poor management. Inconsistent and targeted enforcement of rules and policies. No work life balance. Lowest possible pay to maintain employees. The majority of the staff, through all levels, are foreign. Due to the various culture differences, many things that one group of people vews as normal is considered incredibly rude by people of different nationalities. This makes the already toxic environment even more challenging to deal with.
