      Pros

      Renumeration is typically in line with industry standards. Assuming you make it to a position to where you are offered a job and need the money, I would take it and use the system to the max of your ability.

      Cons

      Time is not respected from anyone in this company. Expect your availability to be 24 hours a day 7 days a week even on your vacation if you make it that far, most do not. Company goals and or vision are not shared throughout the organization or communicated properly. Turnover is atrocious which is easily indicative of the company's culture or shortcomings. Be diligent in your research, learning the companies mantra (E3) and then reading the warning signs of a company culture that is not suitable for long-term growth.

      Pros

      Great corporate office! Always available to help out in any way they can. Love the flexible hours with good pay. With flexibility comes more responsibility which isn't a problem if you can handle it.

      Cons

      One of their clients is very difficult to work with and is constantly causing unnecessary stress. Their client's system is outdated and they are full of false promises. Also not much room for advancement within UST for a family-oriented person.

      Trust me there is non!

      Cons

      I worked for this company for almost 7 months now. When I first started it was 5 independent contractor owner operator. They all quitted 2 weeks into it they tried to warn me but didn't listen company was pushing me and riding to put on more trucks and hire more people i step up and did. That was a big mistakes they got rid of all 5 of my trucks 1by1
