      Great people, growing company, lots of opportunity to contribute

      Pros

      You can truly make an impact and contribute to the growth of this company. Highly regarded brand in construction industry. Great work life balance and really fun and challenging culture in corporate office. Tons of extremely smart people.

      Cons

      401k match not great. Start-up style culture sometimes overwhelming. Not the best employee onboarding. Can't think of anything else at the moment.

      Location in Downtown Saint Paul

      Cons

      Executive Managment is more concerned with personal gains than company gains. Turnover is huge, disorganized departments, no communicate from the top so it ends up trickling down the ladder, No room to grow.

      It started out good, ended badly

      Pros

      The people there are good people to work with. It is a relaxing comfortable work atmosphere. The salary and benefit package is very competitive for the marketplace.

      Cons

      Month's end close is very stressful, I would not wish that on anyone. You are given 4 days to close the month, and I was working from 8 AM to 1AM for 3 nights in a row just to get the Over/Under report complete, let alone trying to analyze trends. How can they expect someone to look at over 850 jobs within 36 hours when they know that job budgets are not accurate. With 25% growth annually for the past 4 years, the workload has increased in sync with growth.
