      Pros

      Most of the people there are good people. Very helpful co-workers. Very friendly environment. Some very smart people work there. Benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Where to start? Everyone walks on eggshells around the owner. You have to be a part of the right group to get any respect. Every Internal Sys Admin (except one) has been fired for one reason or another. Every IT manager has been fired for one reason or another. You will be told that there is never any "hidden agenda" but there clearly is. Opinions don't matter unless you are your bosses favorite. Lot of smoke and mirrors. Honesty does not exist on the management level.

      Great Job Till They Fired The Whole Department

      - Good pay and benefits - Free downtown parking - An attractive office environment - Great middle-managers

      Cons

      I worked as a software developer here for just under a year. When we finished a major project (a CRM for internal sales use), they unceremoniously dumped the entire software development department. Also, the dress code is the strict "business casual" with an emphasis on "business". Tucked in shirts, no t-shirts, no jeans.

      Cool Office, not much else

      Pros

      They have a great PTO Policy (get 3 weeks...includes sick time). Gorgeous office (the downtown office is in an old train station) and having the parking pass to the garage is a perk if you were to come for any events downtown after work. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and no shortage of work to be done as their product offerings continue to grow.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible, laughable at best. Don't think you are going to get ahead, unless you are married to someone in the company or do favors for them (you know what I mean). They give raises every 2 years and make a HUGE deal out of it, and then it's barely a cost of living increase. There are NEVER any open bathroom stalls, so get your coat on and walk down to Peppino's or Hopcat to take a dump. Although this is a telecom company, they are actually a Sales organization and never forget it. Unless you are in sales, you mean nothing and they like to make that very clear.
