Pros
Takes alot to get fired. And I mean ALOT... Person in management there has been caught having "relations" with workers on-site over 5 times. Still works there to this day. Some of the senior staff there are really really knowledgeable and cool! Just over shadowed by the culture and environment.
Cons
They have people there that should have been fired years ago due to harassment but can't because they "know where the bodies are buried". Can't have them sign a NDA either because that only applies to legal information and they are one of the few HR people in the company . They keep scaring away all the others. Also they do not do reimbursement for mileage... they could not care less that it's a federal crime. Feels very unsafe to walk past rows of 4 stack of pallets with no fall protection keeping it from crushing you as you walk through the employee entrance to get to the main building. Owner doesn't let people walk through the front or side doors.
