I would like to see better compensation for the work that is put in
LOUD workplace, management declares that OSHA says no hearing protection needed. That is either a lie, or they had all the machines turned off when OSHA visited. Nobody was wearing hearing protection, and their hearing is being actively damaged. All employees and managers were white, male, and under 40. If that's not you, don't bother applying here.
