There are some good projects from global clients. Very good for graduates to accumulate experience. International office with wise, friendly colleagues.
Cons
Long working hours due to chaotic management, unclear goal and inefficient teamwork. Middle management is a tragedy, where everyone seems busy but unhelpful to their projects. Compensation for extra working hours even needs to take a discount.

Sometimes leadership is “too democratic”. Design leadership needs to be “refreshed” a bit. But nothing too difficult to deal with
