      Great culture. Lots of community engagement. Lots of in-house community building. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      The only real issue i had was with individual leadership, and the handling of interpersonal issues.

      Pros

      Work is flexible with plenty of opportunities to train and grow. The people I work with are great and generally happy to be here. The company does well to find the right place to fit you in, leveraging your strengths.

      Cons

      Contractors are generally looked down on by government employees and occassionally you have to deal with some interesting personalities

Unfortunately, the tendency you describe is an unavoidable element in most government contracting, yet we can (and should) mitigate that on our side.
