Short term projects(maybe like 6 months) For 6 months you will working in a remote village of Karnataka and the next six months you might land up in a village near Himachal (If you are a family guy than wrong place) Pay is way too less do not bother thinking of raise (When I left this company my new company paid me 3 times more)
