Product potential is great if can hit right price points & strong financial investment from Chinese companies. Lots of ambition

Cons

Company culture very Chinese and poor understanding of Western markets. No trust. Micromanagement with tedious approval processes. High staff turnover & don’t value employees

I met some great people here, but thats about the only pro

Cons

This company was horrible to work for. If you are a women, don't expect a raise or to be fairly compensated for the work you do. But expect men to get countless raises. Yes its a startup so there is an expectation to work hard and long hours, but they seem to think they can make someone do the job of 3 people and pay them less than other companies.

Great office location in downtown Los Angeles. Friday lunches and really nice young people (not management).

Cons

Disorganized. Unrealistic expectations and goals from upper management. No direction. Terribly ran company. Flat management with (literally) a mean girl environment.
