I have been working at UAbility for the last 2 years in a remote role, and my experience has been great. The management and seniors are very supportive and always help employees learn from mistakes instead of blaming them. They also appreciate good work and contributions, which creates a positive environment.
I’m also proud to work in a company that genuinely delivers what it promises to clients and follows ethical business practices. The WFH culture is smooth and comfortable.
Cons
No major cons from my side. However, people who don’t prefer remote work might not enjoy the wfh setup.
