There is a lot of micro management. Trackers on every laptop and they can take screen shots anytime and see everything. No work-life balance. Logout time is 4 or 4:30 and you will still be troubled till late nights for unnecessary reasons. Weekends are not spared. Management is not considerate at all. Even when someone suffered from covid and also has a medical emergency with parent... We are asked to work from hospital. The situation currently is horrible and even the new joiners are not staying for more than 3 to 4 months. Reason is unnecessary pressure for submissions and placements and the targets are practically impossible. People are leaving the company because of negative work life balance, lack of integrity, lack of respect and lack of ethics..... Please think 10 times before joining... My sincere suggestion. This is a review from a tenured employee. So you can trust. All positive reviews are from current employees under pressure to post good reviews to attract people.

1. Resignation and post resignation treatments are really hard. 2. Need to closely follow up for relieving letter, cancellation of EP etc etc. 3. Very careless attitude of HR team. 4. No respct for the employe by HR team after resignation.
