Low pay and pressure overshadow apartment perks
Pros
They put you up in an apartment and you don't have rent or utilities. The apartments are decent.
Cons
You are a slave to the property six days a week Very low pay Property managers carry the entire company. They put a lot of pressure on you for things that are out of your control. Their systems are outdated and unreliable Their units are very cheap and easy to break into; which is also the property managers problem They give you vacation time but good luck ever getting approved for it. You can take a few days, but if you ever want to schedule a real vacation, dont count on approval. Youre better off just asking them to pay it out and never try to take it. If you ever have a complaint on your manager, do not go above their head to the president. Just find other work. All she does is forward it back to the manager you complained about.
