No career growth, They don't have any meaningful project to work and learn from. Office is filled with incompetent people and they will do everything except work, the company have got only one project since it has established in gurgaon and these people are not capable enough to finish a simple project even after one year. don't just get fooled by the name of it, it is a LALA COMPANY and nothing like the company in Spain, no work culture, no ethics, no respect for their employees who worked day and night to get the job done. Good people join here and leave after 2-3 months, Only bootlickers survive here and those who refuse to bootlick they will do politics and start targeting you, and deduct your salary for petty reasons, will start mental harassment, oveload you with work with unrealistic timelines and force you to quit. The management don't even want to hear your issue and will start blaming you. This is the worst company i have worked in my life. TOXIC!!!!!!!!!!!!
