Pros
This is a good place to work if you cant find work elsewhere, or you know somebody in senior management who can get you a go-along to get-along management position.
Cons
It's a very negative and unprofessional environment. Not the place you want to be if you are looking to develop your career. The staff is without leadership or guidance. Inovation and new methods are frowned upon. Senior management is selected by the Board Of Directors based on recommendations from insiders. Departments are run like banana republics at war with each other.
