Pros

NONE. ZIP. ZERO. NOTTA. Y’ALL SUCK

Cons

1) Management is horrible. They don’t care about their employees. 2) Filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Owes vendors, banks, credit cards, companies, and clients $10,000,000. 3) No longer have an active Operating License. 4) Company insurance is pending cancellation. 5) Nick uses his military status to sweet talk his way out of sticky situations. 6) Claims to be the victim by saying QuikBooks isn’t paying them. Ummmm hard to get paid when you owe so much money Nick. 7) Fires employees when they start catching on to all the shady crap that’s going on behind the scenes. 8) Nick didn’t “go missing” last year. He owed a lot of people a lot of money and ran from it after hiring 24/7 armed security. 8) Upper management smokes weed and drinks all day every day.

Pros

They'll take anyone who has served in the military or is entering the military in the near future (temporary work).

Cons

The pay is terrible for a veteran of the armed services. Tips are 100% needed to justify the work, but not guaranteed. Management does nothing to encourage tipping. Considering the toll on the body and zero health benefits, injury is inevitable. Getting injured or sick may lead to termination. No scheduled lunch or other breaks. Must provide work availability one month in advance. May work 12+ hour days for weeks at a time. Always understaffed. Pay increases for "promotions" are negligible, but responsibilities will increase. Owner is only concerned with his profits and passes nothing on to the "grunt work" employees.

Not a great job

Pros

Great tips but without those, employees would probably have a hard time supporting their family. Get paid a little more on the weekend.

Cons

Very long hours, uncertain about when you get off work each day because every move is different. Must work on some weekends. The pay is not great and the work takes a tole on the body. No medical benefits.
