Pros

Fantastic inclusive culture amongst employees despite higher up attitudes.

Cons

Very out of touch with prevailing employee zeitgeist. Anti-diversity culture amongst figureheads, potentially toxic in long term and not conducive for keeping staff. QA segment of employees treated as disposable - not a place for career development. Reputation for taking on unethical projects. Differences in perks between offices. All causing significant stirrings of resentment towards management.

* A strong focus on continual improvement of the team - if you have an idea for how to evolve and improve things then there is a good chance you will be able to instigate change * A constant stream of varied and challenging projects * Opportunity to work with highly skilled and passionate team members * If there is a bleeding edge technology trend then we tend to get involved pretty early * Engineering is continually updating and evolving to use the latest frameworks, tools, and approaches * Rapid career progression paths available for those that like to be challenged

* The food in the DUMBO area can be pretty limited
