Business outlook
Pros
The products (beer and coffee) are incredible, so it's easy to feel excited about them and confident in making recommendations. Also, there is a wonderful sense of community among servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and baristas. Everyone works hard and gets along.
Cons
The management and owners are disrespectful and illogical. Communication between managers is almost nonexistent, and there are no systems in place. The managers use fear and anger rather than respectful confrontation to deal with conflict and generally assume the worst of employees to an almost comical degree.
