Pros
Working with kind, smart people with expertise in functional programming.
Cons
So many. Lack of psychological safety, transparency and support. Bouncing between having nothing to do and yet still having to fill out timesheets to justify your job, and being thrown into stressful high-pressure client projects with zero support. Not what I signed up for at all. Burnout and employee turnover are rampant.

- Technology stack is awesome - Fellow engineers are best in class, some of the most kind, knowledgeable and collaborative people out there
Cons
- Company is very lacking on transparency - The acquisition by Modus ruined the company culture
