Feeling good about helping a student learn and seeing their world expand by improving their reading skills and comprehension. I also enjoyed delivering the reading tools such as cell phones, computer, touch pads etc.
Also getting paid $15.00 an hour starting with training..
Cons
Can not start work till 4pm, once child gets home from school. Expected to work weekends. Must work at least 20 hours a week but no more then 35 hours. No travel compensation. Expected to submit daily report but must be done off the clock and must be submitted by 10pm to get credit for hours worked that day.
