Pros

Friendly and helpful coworkers Owners seem to care about their employees and are willing to reward you if you do good work. Great bonus structure and 401k match. Quarterly reviews instead of annual, which some may not see as a pro, but I'm always happy to receive feedback about my work. From a project standpoint, very little micromanaging, at least in IT. Upper management lets you tackle projects as you see fit and use whatever tools you deem necessary. There are always opportunities to speak up about your career and where you want to see it go. Turn5 likes to bring up talent rather than bring in so you don't feel stagnant working here. Office is big and open and clean. Dress code is relaxed which is always a nice bonus.

Cons

Very little documentation on the software, applications, and new projects. This can create an issue with requirements (e.g. Management asks for X, you deliver X, management didn't want X they wanted Y but no specs were written down and they don't remember asking for X) and then you get dinged for the miscommunication. The whole quarterly objectives process feels a bit too regimented. You need to shape your responses in a certain way following specific guidelines, but working in Development it's not always that easy.
