Pros

The role is called "Cloud Architect", but it's Senior DevOps at best. - Higher than average salary to attract candidates

Cons

- They didn't pay health insurance for the last month I worked for them (theft) - "Release" people with 1 day notice and made up reasons - False promises during the candidate interview about the nature of the work and work related topics - They laid off pretty much all the people they hired in August!!! - at least several poor work practices as well as poor technology practices - the actual additional pension fund payment received was about 22% LOWER than what they promised - False and phony accusations followed by judgments based on very little observations caused by lack of integrity of the management - No feedback between the management and employees - Management was caught undermining their employees' task related efforts - Lack of internal procedures/frameworks. Usage of ChatGPT instead! - Colleagues snitching - Fake role description to bait candidates into joining the company - Pretence of authority (by the management), but actual lack of it - Actions/meetings taken by team members just to please the management, instead of delivering an actual value - Inadequate HW/SW provided — broken OS - Fake company culture — hypocrisy and snitching, poor rules

Pros

Insanely intelligent and talented people and teams. Leadership, sales ops, sales engineers, marketing, you name it, ALWAYS supportive and helpful. I've never had a siloed feeling and am always equipped for any resource I've needed. The product leads the market in Intelligent Process Orchestration, whether for documents or data. There are only negative reviews left by reps who lack innovation, creativity, or both. Not a place for complacency. Why would you be complacent when there is no cap?

Cons

Tungsten Automation has no cons in my opinion. Net new logo hunters are highly sought after, as it's challenging and requires one to be fearless. I require team, tools, and resources while lifting roadblocks. Tungsten provides me with everything I need and removes roadblocks for me to slay. Reduced budgets, buying cycles, competition, timing, infosec, etc, are what make enterprise cycles challenging, that's if/after you pick up the phone to develop opportunities. A negative review isn't valid if a sales rep makes no effort to pick up the phone. Tungsten gives me everything I need to drive activity, resources to drive forward, and experience to navigate red tape.

Pros

Some people are nice and try to stay positive even though the culture is beyond toxic. People are constantly being let go and leadership doesn't tell anyone nor do they feel as though they need to. I asked my leader directly and was told if I cared I could let others know, but it wasn't there responsibility.

Cons

The culture is beyond toxic and gets worse with every secret layoff and new hire who is somehow worse than the terrible leader before. At our latest sales kickoff in Las Vegas the new executive leader literally sat at the door and basically shamed anyone who walked in "late" to the first session of the day including partners. That is how we kicked of 2025 and it has only got worse since then. Beyond the toxic culture which when I read the reviews I figured at a large organization I would be far removed from the toxic executive leaders, but I was not! Nobody at this company is safe from them and who they will decide to blame for their bad decisions despite feedback we provide them. On top of that the pay is horrible and the benefits are not great either. The company doesn't even provide the typical 3% cost of living adjustment. Nope they actually attempt to use it as a "bonus". Stay far away from this place.
