useless company not to tell anything positive about the sucking CMD.

Cons

Teach how to cheat customers. Not focusing on employee benefit, Most of the senior management people are cheating with in the company. Not paying employee salaries almost a year. Not paying EPF to the government to so after relieving also not getting the money.

quick implementation and goal oriented. not much emphasis on business outlook and easy to get work done if you know the right doors to knock at.

Cons

not professional, doesnt follow process, absence leadership by example, opaque / no communication during hard times insensitive HR. not open to hearing constructive criticism
