      Its awesome to work in a free environment and a good team with a well experience onces. Learns quickly and a nice experience.

      Cons

      As it is newly started its little bit hard and have to work more than we think but as per we want knowledge he will have to do it all.

      New technology to learn like Angular 2.0. As a fresher it's a good thing to work on new technology that is hot in market.

      Cons

      You have to work hard for long hours but it's fine if anybody wants to grow in his/her courier then hard work is required. So no cons according to me.
