Howdy! It sounds like you had a rough time. We're sorry to hear that. We definitely don't want anyone to work to the degree you're suggesting. We even try to build out stop points in the middle of the day to give people a chance to relax. We provide everyone lunch and great gathering spaces so everyone can have a good meal together. We provide snack/fruit time at 3pm everyday so people can stop and chat. We keep our core hours to 10am-6pm. We also use a large amount of market data to establish pay ranges and make sure we are competitive. Thanks again!

We appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We're sorry that you're not having a great experience. We like to think we have a lot of stellar, hard-working managers here at TuSimple. Like most tech start-ups, we have a lot of first-time managers that are still fine-tuning their management skills, which is why we have a comprehensive management program in place to accelerate their growth. Also, HR would never leave fake reviews. Lying about what it is like to work here is a lose-lose situation. The company would spend a lot of time and money recruiting people, they would come on board, they would be miserable, and they would quickly leave. Then we'd have to start the recruiting process all over again. We don't see any value in that scenario at all. Thanks again for writing us a review.
