      Good work plagued by horrible management

      Pros

      Lots to learn, great coworkers, good PTO for the most part.

      Cons

      Benefits (healthcare, stock options, 401k) were bad. Worse than industry standards. My team was laid off without warning and was told to vacate by the end of the day. Management is very unprofessional and toxic.

      Pros

      Flexibility, open access to higher management ( CEO sits in the same bull pen as other employees) , open office culture, breakfast and lunch options in stocked up pantry

      Cons

      No transparency on the financial health of the company and future prospectives. No clear direction and long term strategy for business development.
