Executive leadership continually cuts good employees in order to hit operating profit targets and receive their grotesque bonus. They preach about core values and then don't demonstrate them themselves. Making lower associates the scapegoats for their failings. They don't support their teams with training and stepping in when they should, but instead just sit as a panel of judges who you have to come and present to at their summons. Constantly having gourmet catered fancy meals while associates are brought before them to be ground up and made to feel inadequate. They use good people until their is nothing left in them and they are burnt out, then they discard them. The executives never stay in their positions long enough to have to explain the utter messes they create. As an example, they have had 5 presidents in the last 7 years and every single vice president has left or changed roles at least once in the last 4 years. They don't spend long enough in role to know how their departments function or what peoples jobs are. They just come in, restructure, cut people to improve profit and get their bonus and then move on.
