      Owner of company thinks in an old school backwards way of thinking. They have deliberate innovation as one of their core values, but that is a real joke.

      Pros

      Love the family environment. Not as cut throat as some people would have you think. There’s more collaboration than competition in the work place. It’s all about finding a happy balance between the two and Tritech does a marvelous job of maintaining that middle ground. Everyone wants to see you succeed.

      Not much in terms of cons. Although, everyone’s experience will be different.
