They have a health plan.

Cons

You will need the health plan to deal with your workplace induced stress, depression and anxiety. You may also need it to pay for your prescription, food and housing when they fire you without warning. Don’t worry though everyone will make sure to let you know “they fire you legally” just encase you were concerned at how often people pack up their desks without warning. I could list and list and list - but really, the only advice I have - is don’t take this job you deserve better.

A lot of friendly staff.

Cons

Poor organisation. People promoted due to being friends, not relevant skills/ability and then not provided training or support, leading to incompetent people in most management positions and causing a lot of stress for those people as well as those under them. Senior management then blame the people suffering from stress for this. Issues constantly swept under the carpet. Constantly cutting corners just to get stock out the door. Unwillingness to do things properly due to it taking time and effort to implement. Minimal communication to staff unless they have no choice. Poor planning, everything is "urgent" HR department literally does not exist.

I’ve been working here for a very long time as the pay is decent. However there seems to be some issues with the management at this company, some employees are favoured over others. Most staff are nice people and get along very well, nice office environment and training opportunities. Staff get praised often

Cons

Bad management unfortunately. The management sometimes dismisses efforts made by people in the lower end of the business
