There are absolutely no pros for working at Trinity services group. They treat employees horrible. There should be an option to give them zero stars.

Cons

Horrible management. They will not back you up when being falsely accused of something. Lots backstabbing and bulling by co workers and management.I have gone home in tears lots of times. If you report a co worker miss treating you, they make you out to be the bad guy. No holiday pay, or sick pay. You earn 1 vacation day a month. If you were a good employee and did your job you were a target of others. Back stabbing, bullying and lying of others by C.O.s and co workers is unbelievable. And they get always with it. They have lost good employees because of this. I am in Arizona

Hostile the Inmates were not hostile, but the staff working for Trinity Food Group were hostile

The pay was good, for what had to be done.

Cons

, Inmates were easy to get along with, but some of the staff members were very difficult to work with very unfriendly to the point of making working there very hard.

None. Run away from this job this is the worse company ever. Not sure how they are still around. The way you treat employees should be illegal!

Horrible upper management! Never in my life have ever been bullied so much! I have been treated like an inmate. They treat the inmates better then employees
