Pros

- Management work with you not above you - They are compassionate, flexible and understanding to anything going on in your personal life etc - Very competitive salary - Praise and thanks is given always for hard-work and dedication

Cons

I cannot think of any reasonable cons. I mean I would love a 6 figure salary, to work 2 hours a day with a 1 hour lunch and get 6-months paid holiday a year but that's just not realistic! Trinity ticks the boxes at a much higher level than any other company I've worked for so no cons for me

Pros

None. The only comfort is knowing my colleagues are suffering as much as I am.

Cons

The list is endless. Poor management- cliques have formed for staff who have been there for several years in the senior leadership team. They see themselves as above everyone else. Toxic office environment where preferential treatment is given to the people in the clique mentioned above. Constant rumours that staff are losing their jobs with no communication from management. 30 minute lunch break. Bear minimum annual leave. Zero benefits. Totally unrealistic and unmanageable work load. Training is non existent. Complete disregard for staff mental health and well being. Pay is below the minimum wage for many of the staff. Very poor work life balanace. This place drains you so much mentally that it impacts your entire life. Do not consider working here, even if you are desperate, you will regret it and I cannot wait to get out of here. The systems are truly awful, constant issues and equipment is dated.
