      Pros

      The classes are small in size so that the contact and relationships between the instructors and the students are close.

      Cons

      It is a very conservative Christian school which is very good for very conservative Christians. It has a very strong tradition of a particular ethnic group. Most of the faculty, staff and students are from one ethnic group. If you are not in such an ethnic group, it is so difficult to work together. No matter what your job title is, persons in such a group has more power.

      Administration did not support our faculty. Faculty bullying was common and tolerated.
