If you decide to work for Trina Solar, make sure you have exhausted all your other options before joining one of the most horrible and terrifying companies on planet earth, or at least make sure that the actual president of Trina Solar USA is not working there anymore. This person used to be the global marketing director of the company and then was promoted to president of the US branch (which until today I don’t understand the thought process behind the higher management from Changzhou, China. Deciding and placing a person with the level of evilness and pride in a leader and client-facing position). Working for this person is one of the most horrendous experiences that I have had in my life, and if you end up working for her, expect to be yelled at, humiliated, bullied, treated with disrespect, you will not receive a “thank you” or “great job” words or any type of nice, encouraging words. This is a person who is characterized for humiliating and treating people badly. This person holds a PhD, has a very high ego, but is totally socially awkward, has zero skills for a leadership position. Any human who ends up around this person most probably will end up developing cancer or any other type of physical or mental disease, because this person is a “disease” for the human race, and unfortunately that is what Trina Solar represents; arrogance, humiliation, bullying and a disease for corporate America...the people from HR are fully aware how this person treats people, and there is a history of reports already, but no one has taken any action so far to stop her. If your options are exhausted...go ahead and good luck working under the leadership of the actual president of Trina Solar USA.
