      Worst Micro Management from upper management, No Scope for growth or job stability

      Only few managers are good

      - No scope for growth and stability - Management controls HR - Any pathetic reason or no reason is sufficient to stop increment, lay off and insult an employee whenever upper management wants to. - If you are okay with upper management people peeking and supervising your screen mostly all the time, then only go for it. - Not so good and very small office complex - No Transport facility
